Great mailbox. The design is quite nice. We have new very flat stucco in our home and the lid scrapes the house as it is opened. There are even stand off feet built into the mailbox yet it still scrapes. So I gave it 4 out of 5 stars. Would have give 5 out of 5 if it didn’t do this.

I like the mailbox it’s well built. My only nitpick is the lettering, my impression was that it would be smaller and placed in the lower right hand corner instead of across the entire bottom, which in my opinion looks tacky. I have no qualms with the quality or design of the product.

The quality is exceptional and attention to detail is very impressive. The product was delivered quickly and was packaged in a custom sized canvas bag to ensure it was protected. It’s very solid and we love the reflective numbers on the front. The rubber stoppers against the wall are a really nice touch. Our handyman who installed was also very impressed with the quality. We could not be happier with this mailbox and are happy to be supporting a Canadian manufacturer. I bought a different mailbox for my parents house about 5 years ago and paid more money for a significantly inferior product. I wish I found you earlier.

This mailbox is not only stunning, but it’s also sturdy and well made. The seller contacted us because there was a manufacturing defect the first time around and the mailbox just wasn’t up to their standards for quality. I’m really glad they have such high quality control and that they let us know about that so we could adjust our own expectations. Because of that, it took a bit to get here but this mailbox was well worth the wait. Even our mailman loves it and said it’d last for decades. We are so happy with the end result and would definitely recommend this to everyone!

Mailbox is of excellent quality; doesn't feel cheap at all. Looks modern and clean. Large enough for magazines and small packages, so no more crushed or rolled mail. Love the outgoing flag feature. Lid and flag have smooth motions. There's padding for the lid, so it doesn't make a loud metal sound when it closes. My only recommendation is to make the outgoing flag a little bigger. Our postman didn't see that I had raised it up. Overall, very happy with the purchase. Thank you!

Mailbox was exactly as described and pictured - sturdy, modern, sleek, well-made. Hooray! Delivery was fast as well. Thought it was supposed to come with a stencil, and it did not, but shop quickly emailed me back with one when I asked for it. In hindsight, didn’t necessarily need it - can open the lid and mark wall that way. Be careful about screwing in too snug to wall as lid will scrape wall as opening. Overall, another happy customer.
