Absolutely love our new mailbox! The design is beautiful and the construction is top-notch. I’ve had it up for less than a week and have had two neighbors comment on it. From order to arrival at my door was much quicker than anticipated. It was well packaged and included more hardware than necessary. At some point in my lifetime I forgot my left from my right and accidentally ordered the house number on the wrong side. I emailed Patrick and asked to buy a second set of decals. I was more than willing to pay for my mistake, but Patrick took care of me. Could not be happier.

The side numbers were on the wrong side (requested non-flag side and were on flag side) but it isn’t a big deal for our situation since they’re also perfectly engraved on the front which us all our mail person sees.
