We ship to United States and Canada
UNITED STATES: We ship only with UPS.
CANADA: We ship only with UPS.
Customer shipping address
Customers are responsible to provide a valid and up-to-date shipping address.
In the event that a package is delivered to an old or incorrect address provided by the customer, we will not be responsible.
Any fees related to a wrong address provided are the responsibilty of the customer.
Shipping damages
Please examine the condition of the box your order came in before signing the delivery slip. Should you receive a package in a damaged condition, please take photos documenting the damage before opening the box. After opening the box, should the mailbox be damaged, take photos of the mailbox and report the issue by sending an email to info@vsons.com within 7 days after receiving your package. If the product is confirmed defective or damaged, we will send you a replacement and reclaim the insurance.
Returns
Items that are not personalized (laser engraved) can be returned within 7 days from the receiving date. Your refund can only be issued with the card from which your item was purchased with. These types of returns must be delivered in the new condition it was received. The product cannot have obvious wear and tear or scratches. A refund will only be issued once the product has been received in mint condition. This refund method can take up to two to three weeks depending on the condition of your product and your financial institution.
Conditions of return:
First, contact us by email. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs; we can also send you a UPS return label for 20$-45$ that will be deducted from your refund. If the item is not returned in its original condition and original packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Once received, We will issue a full refund for the item (excluding initial shipping and decals if applicable)
Order cancellation/modification
Customers may cancel/modify their order up to 24 hours after having submitted them. Any requests to cancel/modify an order beyond that grace period will not be accepted. Please contact us at info@vsons.com and we will modify the order or cancel it and issue a refund. Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments to customers. Please be aware that the item can be returned if necessary.
