Handmade mailboxes

Much care and craftsmanship go into making our mailboxes. Our goal is to craft the perfect handmade mailbox for each and every customer. The images that are displayed on our website are accurate depictions of our models; We may modify small mechanical features that won't affect the overall look of our mailboxes. Our wall mounted mailboxes are designed to be wall-mounted mailboxes, with protection from direct rain or snow. We do not recommend this mailbox be mounted on a gate, fence, or post as there are mounting holes in the back which prevent the mailbox from being fully waterproof with direct exposure to the elements. If it’s your case, let us know, we have solutions!

Stainless-steel maintenance

We work with brushed stainless-steel (grades 304#4 and 316l#4). Our residential mailboxes are easy to maintain with common stainless-steel cleaners. We are not liable for any personal injury or damage resulting from our products.

Order process

Choose the mailbox you want; select the options you want and add them to your cart. Then, proceed to the checkout. The standard lead time is between 1-5 days.

We accept major credit cards and PayPal.

Warranty

All of our mailboxes are guaranteed for up to one year after order delivery. This guarantee covers damage or defects incurred through normal use and excludes any damage resulting from accident, misuse, theft, vandalism, abuse, or negligence. defect claims must be brought to our attention via email(info@vsons.com) accompanied by photo documentation. Vsons Design reserves the right to subject the claim to an inspection. if the product is confirmed defective, we will send a replacement. The cost of shipping will be absorbed by Vsons Design.

In the rare instance of a lost or stolen item, Vsons Design will not be held responsible. Package liability is turned over to the customer at the time of shipment. We provide shipping confirmation with tracking information to the customer as soon as the order ships. It is the customer's responsibility to track the package and anticipate its arrival. Vsons Design will not be responsible for claims of theft when proof of delivery is verified by the shipping carrier.

If you live by the sea or are exposed to salt water or de-icing salt, make sure to choose the appropriate mailbox; stainless steel 304 and 316L can easily be contaminated and rust (spots) can appear in saltwater or de-icing salt conditions. Contamination usually comes from raw steel dust or salt (including de-icing salt). If it even happens to you, let us know, we can sell you a stainless steel restorer. We won’t guarantee premature rust on stainless steel in a saltwater area or because of de-icing salt. Stainless steel can’t rust by itself. Salt water is in the air (dew, mist, etc) more than rain and de-icing salt is from the street.

 

Returns

Items that are not personalized with laser engraving can be returned within 7 days from the receiving date. Your refund can only be issued with the card from which your item was purchased with. These types of returns must be delivered in the new condition it was received. The product cannot have obvious wear and tear or scratches. A refund will only be issued once the product has been received in mint condition. This refund method can take up to two to three weeks depending on the condition of your product and your financial institution.

Conditions of return:
First, contact us by email. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs; we can also send you a UPS return label for 20$-45$ that will be deducted from your refund. If the item is not returned in its original condition and original packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Once received, we will issue a full refund for the item (excluding initial shipping and decals if applicable)

 

order cancellation/modification

Customers may cancel/modify their order up to 24 hours after having submitted them. Any requests to cancel/modify an order beyond that grace period will not be accepted. Please contact us at info@vsons.com and we will modify the order or cancel it and issue a refund.  Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments to customers. Please be aware that the item can be returned if necessary.

Vsons Design reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions will be posted on this website immediately.
