Installation & Weatherproofing Information

This mailbox is designed for wall-mounted installation. If installed in an area directly exposed to rain or harsh elements, please note that the mounting holes prevent the mailbox from being fully waterproof on their own.

For optimal weather protection, we recommend adding our Sealing Kit (a link will appear when added to your cart).
The kit includes three rubber sealing washers for the mounting holes, and we install a rear sealing gasket on the mailbox to ensure a secure, weather-resistant seal when the lid is closed.

If you plan to mount the mailbox on a fence, our Fence Bracket is available as an optional accessory. When used with compatible models, the bracket ensures the mailbox remains fully weatherproof.
