Great product for looks and build! Very satisfied with the purchase! We had to think about how to mount it since I'm not handy. A few unnecessary holes later we patched those and the mailbox is large enough to cover imperfections! We mounted on exterior stucco so we drilled in stucco anchors and removed the rubber bumpers on the backside in order to do this.

The mailbox is of very high quality and feels very solid. I got the house numbers engraved and that looks very nice, the black paint on the steel seems like it won't come off easily. Only negative thing is that the mail slot once the mailbox is loved is rather thin but so far the mail man had no problems with it.

Thoughtful details like rubber bumpers to keep space between box and wall (prevents moisture issues) and rubber cushions between box and lid to minimize noise when lid is shut. I hesitated to buy this because I thought I didn’t want to spend so much on a mailbox, but I have NO regrets. It is very well made. I didn’t need customer service but I am giving the shop five stars for customer service because of how well it was packaged. It is obvious that is was packed with care. It was packed so nice I half expected to find a high end designer handbag in the box instead of a mailbox.
