My mailbox didn't come with any instructions regarding how to mount to the wall. They said to purchase wall mount hardware separate but no direction on what hardware.

I received my customized mailbox this week and it is a beauty!I had our home name inscribed instead of numbers. The box will be mounted on a custom slated wall. Once done I will post. Ive searched for over a year for a unique, modern, stainless steel box-what a find!

Works well, looks nice. There was a small spot of crusted dripped paint on the top, but I'll deal with it. Suggestion: should include dampeners on the rear side of the top metal flap (for when opening the box) like it does on the front side (for when closing the box) but that was a simple fix for me to add myself.

Well built, stylish and excellent design, however I wish it was more water resistant. The rain tracks along the top and drops into the mail area. Drain holes in the mail area would be a great addition and I am going to try some weather stripping along the closure to make it stop doing this. Pat

We love our new mailbox! It’s sturdy and very modern, and we haven’t had any leaks in our rain climate. Customer service was excellent! US Customs damaged the mailbox in transit, and he sent us a brand new mailbox for no charge. I’m sure we’ll be enjoying the mailbox for years to come :)

Communication with seller could be better. I asked for a small detail and offered to pay for it, response was “I will see what I can do” and nothing after that. Small detail was not added, no explanation or follow up note from the seller. Other than that , the mailbox is good quality, looks beautiful and will work well for me.

Very nice large and well-fabricated mailbox. Received in a timely manner and with no shipping damage. Would have however preferred had the delivery person not left it sitting outside of my house. Only modifications that I will be making to the box are to add bumper pads to eliminate metal on metal contact when lid is opened, and closing off the ends of the bottom since the box is to be partially recessed into the wall and the open base becomes redundant.

This is a gorgeous mailbox and it's the second I've purchased (one was for a project house I was building). Solidly built, excellent quality and heavy stainless steel holds up great. I received it even sooner than I expected. If I had to make one nitpick, I'd note that my mail carrier complained a little that the opening (for mail delivery when it's locked) is too small for them to put in more than a couple of times at a time...suggesting that the depth of the offset latch is slightly too small. I'd recomment VsonsDesign again in a minute.
